Admission Requirements.
All candidates are admitted through the Joint Admission and Matriculation Board. Each of them is required to obtain a minimum score of 200 in the University Matriculation Examination (UTME) and 50% in the University Post-UTME screening exercise.
The following conditions must also be met :<
br /> Direct Entry Requirements
(i) At least five credit passes at the G.C.E. O/L or its equivalent, obtained at no more than two sittings, plus at least two A/L passes. The A/L subjects must include Government or History.
(ii) Diploma from AAU or other recognized Universities and Polytechnics in relevant disciplines at credit level for Universities and upper credit for Polytechnics, provided the candidate also possesses GCE O Level (or equivalent) credit passes in 5 subjects including English, Mathematics and Government/History at no more than two sittings.
U.T.M.E Requirement s
Five O/L credits, which must include English, Mathematics, Government/History and one other subject in the Social Sciences
U.T.M.E. Subjects
English Language, Government or History, plus two other Social Sciences/Arts subjects.
